Reach out to us within 90 days of receiving the item and we'll cover your return shipping. We'll send you a new device or refund your money. Zero risk!

After each session, we recommend sterilizing your Redoria® BreathFree to ensure proper hygiene.

You can follow the cleaning guidelines below, or for a more thorough sterilization, use our Redoria® UVShield, which eliminates 99% of bacteria in just 3 minutes.

Cleaning Guidelines:

1. Gently wipe the outer surface of the device using a soft, damp cloth or a medical-grade cotton ball.
2. For hygiene reasons, we advise against sharing the device. If multiple users are expected, consider purchasing our individual Nasal Adapters for safe use.
3. Store the device at room temperature (below 40°C or 104°F) and avoid exposing it to excessive heat or prolonged sunlight.
4. Do not submerge or rinse the device under water to prevent damage from moisture.

To ensure safe and effective use of your Redoria® BreathFree, please read the following instructions carefully before first use.

✅ General Safety Instructions:

• Always read the instruction manual before use to avoid improper handling, potential side effects, or damage to the device.
• Once charging is complete, disconnect the charger from the device to prevent overcharging.
• Use the device indoors and avoid operating it in completely dark environments. Do not engage in strenuous or physical activity during use.
• Keep the device away from strong electromagnetic fields such as those emitted by microwave ovens, induction stoves, X-ray machines, and similar equipment.
• Avoid direct eye exposure to the light source, especially for extended periods, to prevent retinal damage.
  

⚠️ For Safe Storage and Use:

• Store the device out of reach of children. Children should only use the product under adult supervision to avoid nasal injury or electric shock.
• Patients with pre-existing eye conditions should use the device with caution. Discontinue use if symptoms such as itchy eyes, a foreign body sensation, redness, or tearing occur.
  

🔋 Charging Instructions:

To maintain optimal performance and prevent damage, only use a charger with an output of 5V and 1A. Using incompatible chargers may harm the device.

You can typically find the charger's voltage and current rating in the following places:

• Label on the back or underside of the charger.
• Markings along the charging cable or near the connector.
• The user manual for your charger.
• The manufacturer’s website, which often lists full specifications.

Always verify this information before charging to ensure compatibility and safe operation.
